‍The merger brings Nearsure closer to the U.S. market, strengthens our capabilities in cybersecurity, AI, and digital transformation, and connects us further with Fortune 500 companies. For Nortal, it accelerates their expansion across the Americas by tapping into Latin America’s world-class tech talent and increasing capacity for scalable, high-impact delivery.

At Nearsure, since 2018 we’ve gathered expertise in enterprise solutions, low-code and SaaS development, AI-driven digital transformation and consulting, custom software development, and staff augmentation. Our partners include Adobe, Microsoft, Salesforce and ServiceNow.

The strategy for the Americas is to leverage Nortal's strong U.S. presence to enhance client relationships and engagement while relying on Nearsure's outstanding talent from Latin America and innovative solutions to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery in nearshore time zones across the U.S.

What's next for Nortal and Nearsure?

In the U.S., Nortal and Nearsure will be focusing on expanding within healthcare, education, utilities and energy, manufacturing, automotive, telecommunications, media and entertainment, financial services, retail, and hospitality. Nortal also sees a significant opportunity to bring their 25 years of government digitalization experience to the U.S. market.

We will merge with Nortal’s U.S. operations and rebrand in 2025. The two companies will merge their management teams in the U.S. and Latin America, creating the foundation for Nortal’s expansion.
