Context

This company, founded in 2020 by three experienced Microsoft consultants in Chicago, specializes in delivering innovative solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform to enhance business efficiency and productivity. The company needed a tech partner to help them migrate their on-premises CRM and ERP systems to the cloud. Additionally, they were using SmartConnect to transfer data between their ERP, CRM, and other applications, which resulted in extra costs due to the need for different licenses.

Solution

Additionally, we worked on adding new functionalities to integrate WooCommerce, PayPal payments, and a cloud-based ERP system to remove the need to pay for additional licenses. We replaced SmartConnect with an out-of-the-box integration that supports custom fields. We also carried out full user training.

We created a car leasing solution partially managed on Customer Engagement (Microsoft’s CRM) and integrated with Business Central. We managed to lower the required licenses of Business Central and S4Lease, a specialized software for leasing companies, adding more functionalities on the Customer Engagement side. 

Additionally, we customized an out-of-the-box integration to seamlessly work with the Soft4Lease software.
