Weather
From September to November, it’s springtime in the southern hemisphere! Expect mild temperatures that gradually warm up over the course of the day, around 52-66 °F (12-19 °C).
Uruguay has a temperate climate with relatively high humidity throughout the year.
Montevideo and Punta del Este are both coastal cities, and it gets windy even on warm days. Bring a windbreaker or light scarf!

Both Montevideo and Punta del Este have fiber-optic internet access.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in indoor public spaces, including restaurants and bars. Feel free to smoke outside.
